QuickDraw's top priority is providing service so good that you tell your friends about us.  This includes but isn't limited to our collaborative drawing process to make your drawings look the way you want them to look and free revision of utility patent drawings. 

We quote a firm price for the services you requested and take pride in providing the services we promised at the price we promised without any hidden fees or surprises.  If you have provided accurate information about your patent drawing needs the following policies will never affect you.

Hundreds of repeat customers and thousands of patent drawings prove that QuickDraw provides excellent service.  Thank you for understanding that we must publish these limitations to prevent other people from abusing our policy of excellent service so we can properly serve you, the customer who appreciates our commitment to great service at a fair price.

By purchasing patent drawing services from QuickDraw Corp. you agree to the following terms and conditions:

New figures and new drawing requirements: The price quoted is for formalizing drawings as requested up to the date your project was quoted.  New figures and changes so substantial as to constitute new figures will be quoted as new figures in addition to the figures previously prepared.

Design patent drawings: Design patents are often subject to legal considerations and procedural issues beyond the control of Inventors, Attorneys and Illustrators.  As such, design cases are sometimes subject to additional charges when patent offices request substantial changes.

Legal services: QuickDraw does not provide legal services and no service or correspondence with QuickDraw shall be considered legal advice.  Specifically, QuickDraw does not and can not read or respond to Office Actions.  It is the responsibility of the Inventor or a Registered US Patent Attorney to interpret Office Actions and indicate any drawing changes desired by printing, marking and faxing marked drawings to 603-584-1333.

Clear instructions are required: If drawing changes or edits are needed the desired edits must be marked on the drawing and faxed to 603-584-1333 or scanned and attached to an email.  Verbal changes or drawing descriptions are not suitable communication to create complete and correct drawings.

Additional services: Drawings in additional formats, shipping of drawings and or prototypes and or other additional services not quoted in previous quotations shall be quoted in addition to previous quotations.   Payment for additional services shall be required before the additional services can be provided.

Cancellation, credits and refunds: Projects may be canceled at any time and any unused funds at the time of cancellation will be returned via the method by which the funds were originally sent.  The amount of any credit or refund will be calculated as follows:

Refund or credit amount = Payments to date - (time spent on project at time of cancellation X current hourly rate)

In some cases, no refund may be available if sufficient time has been spent on your project to consume the total value of your project.
