QuickDraw acknowledges and agrees that all information that is disclosed by any client of QuickDraw to any employee of QuickDraw, or that any employee of QuickDraw acquires, sees, or learns of as a direct or indirect consequence of the discussions contemplated through the client relationship, or through discussions during the process of preparing patent drawings for the client or through materials provided by the client to QuickDraw, and all dealings and transactions that follow or result from such discussion(s) and such providing of materials, shall be held in confidence by QuickDraw and all employees of QuickDraw will keep that information strictly confidential.
